This week in Cougar Football Arlington Catholic Football All-Stars: League MVP:  Charlie Bates All- CCL:   Eric Barton Defensive End Nick Doria Linebacker Ricky Douglass Defensive Back James Lashoto    Center Tom Donahue   Offensive Line Congratulations to Running Back Charlie Bates was named Boston Globe & Boston Herald All-Scholastic after Gaining over 1550 yards and scoring 23 Touchdowns. The Boston Globe AC finished the season 9-2 and co-champions of the Catholic Central Large.  This was the 4th consecutive league title for the Cougars, but their first time missing the playoffs in 3 years.         Congratulations to the Senior Football Players, Managers & Cheerleaders for all their hard work and dedication.     For all football players the Powerpoint on Nutrition for Athletics from University of Connecticut. is avaiable below .
